This is such a fantastic book and as a man with low confidence, this has been an absolute game changer.
The advice given is modern, fresh, unique but most importantly, it is actually realistic unlike some books.
Genuinely, if you need help with confidence or self-esteem, this is the book for you.

HUGE FAN!
Huge fan of this book - I now own it on kindle, paperback and audiobook and have also recommended this to many friends.
In my opinion the audiobook is the best way to go thru this book, it seems to make most sense in this format.

not for me. boring and basic.
i have read many books on gaining confidence, leadership, and stress/anxiety. I felt that alot of the information was common sense for example exercise and diet play a big part in stress and mood. Also the narrater talked very slow. I wish I would have used my credit on something else. this could be good for a young person but I think most adults have this knowledge.
