This book is full of over 160 great affirmations!!! As a woman going to go through menopause soon I like to read all i can on the subject. I personally find affirmations to be a good way to get through something hard. I feel that I can get through the physical changes and over whelming emotions that come from menopause. I found using this during the morning to be the best motivator to my day. I felt lighter and ready to take on the changes that will come. I recommend this to anyone looking for some motivation with your menopause journey.
