This book has many light and tasteful recipes. The ingredients of the recipes I tried complemented each other nicely without sharp or off-putting taste. Including nutrition facts makes it easy to plan your meals.

This is book is very informative. When I started listeinig this book, I had been making drinks with just a blender, as I didn't know there was a difference between blending and juicing. Turns out there is, and this book explains it!

This book covers everything from the definition of juicing, I received my juicer book the other day and was quite surprised at all the recipes in there to make juice from. I am overall quite pleased with the book.
Any additional comments?
As a new juicer I found the recipes in this book to be tasty and super-easy to make. Alex Lancer explains in detailed, step-by-step instructions, how to make the perfect juice with various easy-to-find fruits and vegetables, as well as how to garnish them. the author did a great job. The material is clear and easy to understand. The preparation instructions are easy to follow.
