Struggled with Anxiety For A While
As someone who's had their fair share of anxiety, listening to this audiobook felt like a step in the right direction. The book gets right into the thick of things, explaining anxiety in a way that's relatable and easy to grasp. It was kind of like having someone put into words what you've been feeling. The narrator's voice was also a bonus, soothing and clear, making it easy to get into the flow. The part about different types of anxiety was a real help. It's one thing to know you're anxious, it's another to understand the specific type you're dealing with. The mindfulness techniques are simple yet effective. The daily affirmations are a nice touch, giving you something positive to focus on each day. And the breathing exercises, were also a nice reminder to help when you feel that wave of panic coming on.
