Après des années d'enseignement à des étudiants intermédiaires qui ne semblaient jamais s'améliorer, j'ai décidé de chercher quel était le problème. Essentiellement, les élèves intermédiaires restent bloqués parce que l'apprentissage à ce stade est un particulièrement différent de celui du débutant. Vous avez maîtrisé la grammaire et le vocabulaire de base, mais la plupart des manuels continuent simplement comme si rien n'avait changé.

À ce niveau Avancé/Super avancé, vous allez approcher chaque extrait de conversation en Anglais étape par étape, d’abord en écoutant seulement, puis en répétant sans lire, ensuite en répétant et en lisant. Enfin vous répéterez deux autres fois et recevrez des informations, des tuyaux, tout ce qui vous sera utile pour comprendre mieux et améliorer votre élocution en Anglais.

Nous avons longuement réfléchi à la façon dont nous pouvions tester correctement votre anglais à un niveau avancé. En fin de compte, nous avons décidé que la seule façon de le faire était d'enregistrer les gens qui parlaient de divers sujets. Ils n'utilisaient pas de scripts ou n'essayaient pas de rendre les choses faciles, ils parlaient naturellement. C'est de l'anglais non écrit, pas un manuel d'anglais standard.
