  • Rachel Entrekin - The Queen of Cocodona
    Jun 7 2025

Rachel Entrekin is a highly accomplished ultra-marathoner specializing in 100mile and multi-day racing. Most recently, she's been dubbed the Queen of Cocodona as she became the first person to win the Cocodona 250 Mile twice, in back to back years, as well as the first female to break 70-hours in the race... by a lot. Rachel was not only the first female in this year's race, but 4th place overall in a tight race for the podium in the final miles.

In this episode, Lauren and Rachel discuss her origins in the sport - from not making the cut for her high school cross country team, to learning the ropes of road racing, and ultimately finding her talent on the trails and a love for solo long distance adventure. We talk about the lessons she's learned along the way and the value of learning through experience, as well as the deep friendships and community she's built through the sport.

  • Hannah Allgood - Don't Give Up On Yourself or Your Dreams
    May 7 2025

Hannah Allgood has consistently been on the rise since her entry into the sport - now establishing herself as a force to be reckoned with across any distance and any surface.

In the past year alone, she's won the mountainous Eiger Ultra Trail 100k, 2nd at the flat and fast Javelina 100mile, and most recently topping the podium at the Canyons 50k - just part of her build up to the Western States 100mile this Summer.

None of that has come by accident or by luck.

In this episode, Lauren and Hannah discuss lessons from early athletics that laid the foundation for who she is today, and how her path has changed and evolved over time. Hannah is a competitive and driven person, always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and improve; with an appreciation for the value of team and community - traits that have benefited her in all aspects of life.

  • Anna Gibson - Doing It Her Way, On the Track and On the Trails
    May 2 2025

Anna Gibson is a professional track and trail runner - finding a balance between passions for both and by all measures, succeeding!

Last year, Anna competed in both the Olympic Trials on the track (1500m) and the Golden Trail World Series (5th female overall in the series), among many other fun adventures, and found a lot of joy and fulfillment along the way.

She most recently kicked off her 2025 season at Gorge Waterfalls 30k where she was 1st female, 2nd outright, and set a new course record.

In this episode, Lauren and Anna discuss her love of the sport from a young age, as well as the work ethic and drive that grew from that love. We discuss the challenges of her collegiate running career, and how they ultimately influenced her post-collegiate path and her current success in professional athletics. Anna is on a mission to lead by the example that young athletes don't have to specialize to succeed - and that the ultimate success comes from a full, fulfilling, life and fun + curiosity in your pursuits.
