Thrilled this app is finally allowing me to write a review. I’ve just finished my 12th episode. Listening to Tanner talk is like listening to my own brain. Never have I heard someone fully understand what CPTSD is literally.

I struggle with starting from her newest content and joining the group as is. But I understand my foundation to healing needs to understand the basics.

I will continue to listen, ask her questions, and join in more one-on-one and group therapy when I’m ready. This episode in particular was intense. I had to stop three different times. This lets me know I’m working on the right stuff.

It’s brilliant learning from an educator with first hand experience. Especially, one who doesn’t say you’ll be headed with unrealistic expectations.
