Acerca de esta escucha

The Remnant Radio educates and equips believers in God's Word & Spirit, exploring Christian theology, church history, and the gifts of the Spirit in a manner that is engaging, relatable, and inspiring. Weekly, we bring together Christian influencers from various denominations to explore theology, church history, and the gifts of the Spirit. We don't always agree with the views of our guests. And, we don’t expect that you will always agree, either. But we are brothers and sisters in Christ, and we agree to humbly approach God’s Word so we can better understand it together.

In each episode, we strive to offer constructive dialogue and healthy pushback without veering into argumentative or combative territory. Expect each Remnant Radio episode to be not only informative but also encouraging, entertaining, and, hopefully, inspiring. Our ultimate goal is to help every individual break out of their theological echo chamber and engage in the conversation.

    Jul 9 2025

  • Gifted BUT Unsanctified
    Jul 8 2025

Can someone operate in real spiritual power and still be in rebellion against God? We’re exploring the uncomfortable truth about powerful, yet morally compromised, figures in the Bible and the modern charismatic movement.

In this challenging episode of Remnant Radio, we tackle a provocative topic crucial for Christian discernment: “Gifted but Unsanctified.” We’ll take a hard, biblical look at figures like Samson and Balaam – individuals who clearly operated in supernatural power and spiritual gifts, yet were deeply flawed and morally compromised. What do their powerful stories tell us about the intersection of spiritual gifts and personal holiness?

We’ll draw crucial lessons for today’s church, especially concerning Christian leaders and individuals in the charismatic movement who may display prophetic gifts, healing gifts, or other gifts of the Spirit but lack in Christian character. Join us for a candid discussion on discerning true spiritual authority and the imperative of sanctification alongside divine gifting. This episode is vital for anyone interested in charismatic theology, spiritual maturity, and avoiding charismatic excesses.

  • Why Global Revival Is Exploding—And the West Is Missing It!
    Jul 2 2025

The global church is exploding with growth and miracles, but what’s their secret? We sit down with Ryan Skoog, founder of Venture & Co, to uncover how radical prayer, not just leadership principles, is fueling a worldwide revival.

Ryan’s ministry works in the “three UNs”—UNsafe, UNreached, and UNresourced parts of the world, where partners face persecution and miracles are commonplace. He shares eye-opening insights from his book, Lead With Prayer, revealing how the fastest-growing churches on earth are powered by a deep, authentic prayer life.

Join us as we dive into:

✅The shocking truth about prayer among Western leaders: Why more experience and education often lead to less prayer.
✅“Friendship First”: How dynamic prayer lives are built on simply “wasting time” with Jesus, not just a laundry list of requests.
✅Crafting a Day with God: Practical rhythms and habits to integrate prayer throughout your day, from morning psalms to blessing strangers.
✅From Spiritual Warfare to Miracles: Ryan shares a raw, personal story of how daily communion transformed his family’s battle with demonic nightmares and saved his business during COVID.
✅Prayer Forges Courage: Discover how spending time in God’s presence equips leaders to make tough decisions with humble confidence (hear the wild story of Ryan’s dad!).
✅Communal Prayer & Maximum Yield: How individual prayer ignites corporate movements, and how discerning God’s will through prayer can lead to unprecedented fruitfulness in ministry and life.

This conversation will challenge your assumptions about what prayer can be and inspire you to engage with God in a more profound, transformational way. Take the Bible seriously, but learn not to take yourself too seriously, as we explore the radical middle of Word + Spirit.
