    It was a tough week for NFL commissioner Roger Goodell at the NFL owners meetings in Minneapolis. His defeat on two proposals he was favoring has led to speculation owners may not extend his contract, when it expires in March of 2027.

    Red Sox manager Alex Cora made the right move Monday night, despite some static on talk radio in Boston. I run it all down in the above commentary.
