“To those who have, more will be given... and from those who have not, even what they have will be taken away.” — Matthew 25:29

What if this scripture was never about punishment—but about perception?

In this teaching episode, we explore the metaphysical meaning behind Matthew 25:29 and how it unlocks one of the most powerful manifestation principles: your perception creates your reality. We’ll examine how the belief in lack—whether it’s lack of love, opportunity, time, or money—becomes the very thing that blocks your abundance.

What if I told you that self-confidence isn’t something you’re born with — it’s something you build? In this episode, we’re unpacking how to rise above self-doubt, stop shrinking yourself for others, and step fully into your voice and value. This is more than self-help — it’s self-liberation.

    Why This Topic Matters:
Low self-confidence quietly robs people of their opportunities, dreams, and peace of mind. Whether you're battling imposter syndrome, saying “yes” when you mean “no,” or doubting your worth, you’re not alone — and there are tools to change it.
This episode blends brain science, behavioral techniques, and spiritual perspective to help you speak with clarity, set boundaries, and walk with presence.

    Supporting Research and Neuroscience

    • Dr. Andrew Huberman (Stanford neuroscientist) explains that the RAS helps regulate wakefulness and attention by syncing with the locus coeruleus (which releases norepinephrine for focus).
    • Neuropsychology studies show that goal-directed behavior increases RAS activity. When participants were told to look for red cars or specific faces, their RAS selectively enhanced their ability to pick out those elements in cluttered environments.
    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) uses the principle of cognitive filtering, which is directly tied to how the RAS prioritizes thoughts. Changing your self-talk literally changes your experience of reality.
    • In psychological priming experiments, participants who focused on success-related words or visualized positive outcomes performed significantly better than those who did not. This reflects how the RAS “tags” certain outcomes as high-priority.
