The Best Solution? Emotional Embodiment Practices
Here’s how to bring your emotions into alignment:
✅ Step 1: Identify Your Baseline Feeling
- Ask yourself: “What am I feeling most of the day?”
- Track your dominant emotions using a Feelings Chart (1-10 scale)
✅ Step 2: Choose Your Desired Feeling
- Pick the emotion you want to live from (e.g., confident, peaceful, excited)
- Define what that feeling would look like in your body and thoughts
✅ Step 3: Practice Feeling It
- Use breathwork, visualization, or music to tune into the desired feeling
- Hold that emotion in your body for at least 90 seconds. Repeat 3x/day
✅ Step 4: Attach That Feeling to Your Goals
- Think of your biggest goal. Ask, “How would I feel if this were already done?”
- Embody that feeling now — not later
✅ Step 5: Reinforce Through Repetition
- Morning and night: repeat this question—“What frequency am I tuning into today?”
This is the real secret. Your emotions don’t lie. They broadcast who you are — and what’s on its way.
