    · The advertising industry is very fast paced, high pressured, people work very long hours, very high expectations from clients.

    · The advertising industry is even more challenging than ever, burnout is very common.

    · ImNotOk is a peer-to-peer support network.

    · It works my matching individuals to ImNotOk volunteers called Companions and they are matched based on having that shared lived experience and common interests. A very unique matching process

    · Our support is empathetic. Very human, also incrediblyaccessible.

    · We partner with organisations within the advertising industry and allow their individuals to reach out to us.

    · It’s simple and accessible.


    Why use ImNotOk?

    · ImNotOk compliments the already existing mental health support e.g. EAP, Mental Health First Aiders.

    · ImNotOk is not clinical support, ImNotOk companions are decent, kind compassionate human being with lived experiences.

    · ImNotOk companions offer individuals that time and space to be heard and truly understood.
