Watching the sun go down, listening to the sound of the waves and the diminishing cries of the seagulls, smelling the wonderful aroma of the ocean air, feeling the cooler temperature on your skin, leaving you feeling very calm, refreshed, and relaxed. And before you know it, time gets away from you. And then notice that a full moon is just starting to come up over the water to light your way back.
