A structured, supportive approach (not just "go meditate") using mindfulness, meditation, and coaching tools that are simple, calming, and empowering.     It’s a late summer afternoon, and the sun casts a spectacular golden glow on the beach. Sand in your toes. Feeling tranquil, quiet, and serene. Watching the sun go down, listening to the sound of the waves and the diminishing cries of the seagulls, smelling the wonderful aroma of the ocean air, feeling the cooler temperature on your skin, leaving you feeling very calm, refreshed, and relaxed. And before you know it, time gets away from you. And then notice that a full moon is just starting to come up over the water to light your way back.


    My live-guided meditations are designed for groups to breathe together, let go together, and then find the way back to peace together, with the benefit of feeling more focused and calm. When you join our groups, you share a positive energy that makes it easier to stay centered and relaxed. This shared experience can make your meditation feel stronger and more connected, one gentle step at a time.
