Jesus said to the disciples, ”Go into the whole world and proclaim the gospel to every creature,” (Mark 16:15). Without motivation from the heart no one can do this great job. Only after having an encounter with Jesus in 1995 I got the desire to know God more through the Bible and through the writings and messages of other people who have experienced God. I got the motivation to share with others about my experience, the wonders God has done in the lives of people as narrated in the Bible, the hope of eternal bliss with God, the hard fight we have to do with the devil in this world to obtain that eternal heaven, the need to be thorough with the message of God in the Bible, to establish a relationship with God, to prioritize God in our lives, and to spend time in matters regarding God. Just being a Christian does not mean that all these things happen automatically. We have to caution ourselves every minute of our life against our enemy, who is constantly busy in polluting the minds of people until our heart is fully with him and escape will seem very minimum. “Be sober and vigilant. Your opponent the devil is prowling around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour” (1st Peter 5:8). The Holy Spirit is in our midst for those who seek Him. Jesus said, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be open to you” (Matthew 7:7). When I seriously asked God for help, He talked to me right away. “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, then I will enter his house and dine with him, and he with me” (Revelation 3:20). When you try to know God more, more will be revealed to you. Listening to Biblical messages may seem boring, but its effect is miraculous. “Thus faith comes from what is heard, and what is herd comes through the word of Christ” (Romans 10:17). According to my convictions, knowing who God is, what God had done in the lives of people in the past, how God is working in the lives of people now, how we can make a good friendship with God, how we can unite with God again physically and spiritually will straighten our spiritual, mental and physical wellbeing forever. The Bible is the perfect source for this. Everything said above is connected to my life also.

    Humility is a central theme in the Bible. It emphasizes the importance of modesty, selflessness, and a recognition of one's limitations in relation to God and others. Humility is displayed in the entire life of Jesus on this earth. Several people in the Bible have proved themselves to be humble in various ways. Jesus has proved to the world that humility is essential to gain the crown of glory. Humility is often linked to faith, as it requires trust in God's plan and acknowledgment of human limitations. It is seen as a pathway to spiritual growth, deeper relationships with God and others, and to gain the crown of glory.

    Luke 1:1-25 and 67-80 -John the Baptist, the forerunner of Jesus, is a significant person in many ways. His parents, the prophecy about him, birth, name, life style, the baptism he did, his message to the world, and death are very significant in the Bible. He is a martyr who was killed because he stood for truth and the law.

    The prophecy about John the Baptist made seven centuries before his birth that he would be the forerunner of Christ came true. His birth, his righteousness, his testimony about Jesus, and his death proves that God will carry out His plans in miraculous ways. The world may not accept our righteousness, but heaven receives those who dedicate their lives for truth and justice. We just need to be bold and truthful like John the Baptist. We will get blessed.

    John 15:1-17

    John 15:5 – “ I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing.” ഞാൻ മുന്തിരിവള്ളിയും നിങ്ങൾ കൊമ്പുകളുംആകുന്നു; ഒരുത്തൻ എന്നിലും ഞാൻ അവനിലും വസിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ അവൻ വളരെ ഫലംകായക്കും; എന്നെ പിരിഞ്ഞു നിങ്ങൾക്കു ഒന്നും ചെയ്‍വാൻ കഴികയില്ല. ഞാൻ സാക്ഷാൽമുന്തിരിവള്ളിയും എന്റെ പിതാവു തോട്ടക്കാരനും ആകുന്നു.
    This verse clearly explains the relationship between Jesus and a true Christian. A whole plant of any kind has a life of its own. A vine plant is full with its branches. When one branch is cut off from the vine plant, that branch does not have a life of its own. It cannot bear fruit on its own. It will be thrown into the fire, and it gets burned. Similarly, when we are not with Jesus, we useless like a cut off branch which is useless. The meaning of us abiding in Jesus and Jesus abiding in us are discussed.
