Inspiring
I highly recommend this podcast to anyone that is looking to improve many aspects of their life, from healthy relationships to nutrition, to just being a great human being. It’s the best of the best.

Love it!
I just recently started listening to Jay Sherry’s podcast. I love his content on social media platforms. After listening to a couple of the most recent episodes, I decided to go back to the beginning and listening to them in chronological order, interested in watching the show evolve. To my surprise, this show was equally as good. I loved the sincerity, transparency and vulnerability the two displayed in bringing us into their relationship.

The cutest couple on the planet!
I wish all relationships could seem so perfectly effortless like theirs. I believe their spirituality and priorities have a lot to do with it. They share very valuable personal lessons in their struggles and growth.

Too Much Advertising
I love what this guy has to say normally, but there were too many commercials. It was hard to get into because it took forever to even get started. Maybe go for the book, but the podcast was disappointing.
