    In our conversation, Mary Ann opens up about the unimaginable: the sudden loss of her husband John, who died while out for a jog just days after her 50th birthday.

    Grief quickly spiralled into severe mental distress, and within a few months, she found herself being treated in a psychiatric hospital, struggling through psychosis and depression’

    Her story is one of heartbreak, survival, and incredible resilience — and of how she slowly found her way back to herself, rebuilding life piece by piece.

    It’s a powerful, moving chat about grief, mental health, and hope. I’m so grateful to Mary Ann for sharing her story. She is such a fantastic, strong woman and I can't wait for you to hear her story.
