    Jun 9 2025

Today, I am joined by Tara Stone. Tara is a speaker, holistic success coach, and passionate advocate for conscious living. Her journey into veganism began with a deep-rooted love for animals, leading her to years of hands-on experience in animal rescue. This commitment to compassion naturally evolved into a plant-based lifestyle, inspiring her to found Grounded for Life, a plant-based café dedicated to nourishing the body and soul with good food that tastes great and just so happens not to have animal products in it!

With a background in real estate, business coaching and leadership development, Tara helps high-achievers move beyond burnout and into sustainable success both personally and professionally. She empowers entrepreneurs and executives to align their work with their values, prioritizing well-being, impact, and purpose. Through her work, she has helped countless individuals shift from the toxic hustle mentality to a more intentional and fulfilling way of living.

Tara’s expertise spans across mindset coaching, workplace culture transformation, and accountability, making her a sought-after speaker and consultant. Whether she’s leading executive retreats, coaching high-performing teams, or helping individuals build habits that align with their holistic success, her mission remains the same: to end suffering and empower people to create a life by design, embrace struggle as a gift and fund the life they love.

Dr. Goldhamer is the founder of TrueNorth Health Center, a state-of-the-art facility that provides medical and chiropractic services, psychotherapy and counseling, as well as massage and body work. • Episode 97 - "Don't get started" with Mark Huberman, President of the National Health Association
    Dec 9 2024
Today, I am joined by Mark Huberman, President of the National Health Association and Editor of Health Science magazine. He has adhered to a whole food, plant-based vegan diet since birth in 1951 and credits his excellent health to the pioneering vision of his parents, Max and Ruth Huberman, who had the foresight to recognize the profound benefits of this lifestyle long before most others. His parents operated a legendary health food store in Boardman, Ohio for more than 33 years where they influenced countless individuals to change their diet and lifestyle and regain and preserve their health. For nearly all of Mark’s adult life, his greatest passion has been supporting the work of the National Health Association, the oldest organization in the Country advocating the benefits of a whole-food, plant-based diet and lifestyle, something it has been championing since its founding in 1948. After serving his community as an attorney for more than 30 years, Mark retired and moved his focus fully to the NHA. In partnership with is wife, Wanda, they have organized annual health conferences which have featured the leading voices of the whole-food, plant-based health movement, including Drs. Joel Fuhrman, Alan Goldhamer, Stephan Esser, Frank Sabatino, Neal Barnard and more.
