    Feeling resistant to your desires and ambitions is a sign that you need to change your story.

    Your story has served a version of you in the past - but not for the version of you that you want to become.

    It takes willingness to show up differently, to take responsibility and to take the small actions that compound to meaningful change.

    And this change happens from the inside out.

    Healing happens from the inside out.

    Change doesn't happen in an instant. It compounds.

    Change starts with one decision. And the devotion to keep making that decision daily.

    Reparenting your inner child. To change your habits. Change your behaviours. Change who you are.

    Change feels unnatural until it becomes your new normal.

  • 27. Turning 37 and uncomfortable growths

    Hello beautiful humans, I turned 37! 3 years to the big 4-0. I had a momentary panic when I realised that I am closer to 40 than I am to 30. After the moment passed, I reflected on where I am, where I've been and how I got here and truthfully, I am so happy. Am I where I want be? Nope, but I am only getting started.

    In this episode, I talk about how meaningful change requires specific intention. When you take that specific intention into your mindfulness practices or into your decision making, it brings about a more meaningful and long lasting change because then you can track that change. Not having an intention when it comes to facilitating change is like showing up to the doctors and not knowing the symptoms. You may still get to the bottom of it, but it's a much more convoluted and lengthy process.
