Don't talk about the law if you don't know the law

I couldn't finish because the total lack of legal knowledge by the podcast irritated me.
Indictments always have minimal information--they are simply charging instruments to put the defendant on notice of what the prosecution has to prove. If you want more info, go to Probable Cause affidavits or arrest warrants.
The hang up with 13 months until arrest? Just ask the Casey Anthony prosecution team what happens when you are rushed to arrest by public sentiment.
Who cares what the citizens think about whether there will be a conviction weeks before the trial because they "don't know all the evidence"? No kidding. Evidence is brought out in court, before a jury who will hear everything and make a decision. Justice is in a courtroom not in the media circus.
Finally, I am assuming it was hard enough to pick a jury with the information already out. Can you imagine what would happen if the AG was constantly having press conferences and telling the public the allegations outside of the courtroom?
I came to this podcast to get more background info, 2 weeks into the trial.
As a 30+ year lawyer, I am going to look elsewhere.
