    In this episode today we're diving into what YOUR focus is, what YOU want vs what other people think you SHOULD want.

    Sometimes it's so easy, to get lost in what other people want for us.

    Your priorities and what's important to you, might look totally different than your moms, your partners, your friends goals and that's okay.

    It's easy for people to project what's important to THEM on us.

    That doesn't mean any one is wrong, but it does mean you must stay true to what you and your focuses are.

    If you want to gain mental stability, and you're hanging out with people who don't care at all about that, your goal will seem "abnormal"

    Be careful of who you're taking advice from and what knowledge we're implementing, is that going to get you to YOUR goal?

    We have so much information at our finger tips, so it's so important to understand WHAT information to listen to - is who you're listening to already where you want to be? IF not --- maybe it's time to pivot.
