    EP. 30 – A Man with a Camera, a Heart, and a Lot on His Mind 🎥🧠

This episode is kinda rare—and special. For the 30th one, I sat down with a man (yep, one of the few male guests ever on All That Is With Kirito) and honestly… it was a completely random decision to invite him. But it turned out to be so worth it.

He’s a self-taught professional photographer and video editor—no fancy degrees, no big studios—just years of raw passion, a camera, a phone, and a vision. Funny enough, he does have a degree in fashion design, but somehow photography stole his heart. We unpacked all of that—from childhood memories and high school stories to the long, winding road that led him to where he is now. He’s been doing this for nearly a decade.

Of course, when two men sit down to talk, it’s not just about the career glow-up. We went real deep into men’s mental health—like, the real stuff: the highs, the lows, the burnout, the pressure, the quiet depression, and yeah… even those dark moments most people are too scared to bring up.

He opened up about a time when he suddenly lost all joy in photography. One day, it just stopped making him feel anything. So what happens when the one thing you love the most stops giving you life? Is he over it now? Or still figuring it out? We went there.

And yep, we talked about relationships too—how modern love between men and women has gotten so complicated. Breakups, divorce, communication issues, gender roles—all of it.

Toward the end, we talked about dreams—his future as a man, a boyfriend, maybe a husband someday. What makes him feel alive, how he defines happiness now, and what else lights him up besides photography.

    It’s deep. It’s honest. It’s needed.

I really hope you feel something from this one. Let me know what hits you most. 🎙️✨

Gas, Grit, and Going Full Send ft Bondoonoo

So imagine this: she’s got a journalism degree in her back pocket, but instead of working a traditional job, she’s out here snowboarding through mountains and racing enduro bikes like it’s second nature. This episode is all about her—someone who chose passion over comfort and never looked back.

We kicked things off with her lifestyle—how she structures her days around training, competing, and straight-up living for the thrill. First came snowboarding—her first love. The way she described it? Addictive. Healing. Wild. Then came enduro cross racing—not your average motorbiking, but full-on, off-road chaos. It’s fast, risky, and intense even for most men—but she’s thriving in it.

The main reason I invited her on the podcast? I was so curious how and why she chose these two wild, high-adrenaline sports—at the same time. Like… what makes someone fall that hard for two extreme things? And how does she keep going, even when it’s risky as f*ck? Her answer was beautiful. For her, it’s not about danger—it’s about freedom, identity, and pushing herself to grow.

She took us through it all—from being a total beginner to becoming a competitive athlete in a male-dominated space. We talked about her mindset, the highs and lows, her future plans and tournaments, and how she stays grounded through it all.

And then she said something I’ll never forget:

“Having a hobby is very helpful for a person’s mental health.”

That one sentence holds so much truth, and her entire story is proof.

Of course, we went deeper—her journey as a woman in extreme sports, her parents’ support, her thoughts on love, happiness, and how she’s faced her mental health struggles head-on. It got real, it got vulnerable, and it was honestly beautiful.

As always, I’m not giving you every detail here—you’ve gotta listen to feel the full energy.

Hope you love it. And if you do, share it with someone who needs to hear this story

EP. 28 – Built by Hand (ft. Dinza)

Me and Dinza were born on the exact same day, and honestly, the connection? It was instant. Like… everything just flowed.

If you know Dinza, you probably know her as the founder of Bidnii Goyol, a handmade jewelry and accessories brand she built entirely by herself during quarantine. Every piece is made by her own hands, with intention and soul. She’s also known for her dreamy visuals and creative content on Instagram, and somehow, while studying anthropology, she’s juggling all of it at once—with no pause button.

But what you might not see online is the real stuff we got into in this conversation.

We started with her childhood—what shaped her, what challenged her, the sweet moments and the quiet pain. Then we moved into how the pandemic gave her the unexpected space to create a business from scratch, while she was also navigating the emotional chaos of her early twenties.

We talked about love—how it changes you, how it sometimes breaks you, and how she’s learning to rebuild. She opened up about her mental health, her struggles with anxiety, burnout, and what it’s like carrying all of that while trying to be creative, stay productive, and still show up for people.

There’s also the deeper layer: being a woman. Being seen. Being misunderstood. Being soft and strong in a world that expects you to choose. We got into the pressure of performing in society, of being “good” or “put together,” when really—you’re just trying to survive and make something beautiful along the way.

Of course, I brought in one of my core questions from previous episodes, and her answer might be one of my favorites yet. It’s raw, honest, and filled with the kind of clarity that only comes from going through it.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re carrying too much, dreaming too big, or healing in silence—this one’s for you.

Take a breath, press play, and let this conversation hold you.

And if it speaks to you—share it with someone you love.

EP. 27 – Dentist, CEO, and New Mom: Her Real Life Behind the Titles 🦷🎨👶🏽

In this episode, I sat down with a woman who’s juggling more roles than most of us could imagine—and doing it with a kind of quiet strength that’s honestly inspiring. She’s a dentist, the CEO and founder of her own dental company, a new mom, a wife, and a team leader. But the road to all of this wasn’t perfect. It was full of twists, self-doubt, pressure, and real moments of struggle.

What makes her story even more interesting is that dentistry wasn’t always the dream. Back in high school, she actually wanted to be a model—she was even part of an agency—and she loved to paint. Art, creativity, self-expression… that was her world. But somewhere along the way, she shifted. She ended up in medical school, choosing dentistry, and found a whole new purpose she didn’t see coming.

We talk about that entire journey—from being a creative teenager to grinding through med school, and eventually launching her own dental business six years after graduation. She shares what it was like stepping into that role, the pressure of leadership, and the mindset shifts that helped her grow.

But behind all the success, there were also real mental health challenges.

She opens up about the ups and downs, the moments of burnout, anxiety, and self-doubt—especially as someone trying to manage so many identities at once. Dentist. Boss. Mom. Wife. Woman. She’s transparent about how she’s still learning to balance it all without losing herself.

We also go deep into her present life—motherhood, building a business, and maintaining a healthy relationship with her husband. We talk about love, connection, and what it truly means to find happiness in the middle of chaos. What brings her joy now? What still scares her? And what’s she dreaming about for the future?

She also reflects on being a woman today—the advantages, the expectations, the unfair parts, and the quiet power in showing up anyway. Her story is full of growth, vulnerability, and proof that you don’t have to have it all figured out to still keep going.

It’s almost two hours long, but packed with truth, warmth, and everything in between.

So whether you’re in the middle of chasing your dream, starting over, or just trying to breathe—this one’s for you.

Listen all the way through, and if it hits home? Share it with someone who’d feel it too 🤍

S2 E26 — “Coffee, Petals, and the Art of Figuring It Out”

When we recorded this episode, she had just started talking about opening her own flower shop. It was a soft idea back then—a maybe, a someday. A few months later, she did it. No big announcement, no dramatic moment—just quiet action. And I think that says everything about the kind of person she is. She’s the calm in the chaos. The warmth in a cup of black coffee. A cat who curls up where the light hits just right. She feels like a K-pop lyric you don’t totally understand, but it hits anyway.

This episode isn’t just one conversation—it’s twenty layered on top of each other. We touched on everything:

The lie that time heals all wounds.

The suffocating pressure of other people’s expectations.

The guilt we carry, the joy we chase, the apologies we skip.

What it means to love truly vs romantically.

    Why we overrate last words.

Why history is louder than mystery, or maybe the other way around.

Why the first thought might actually be the most honest one.

The difference between failing and quitting—and how we confuse the two.

We talked about 11 things and then 11 more.

About not needing to be liked to be real.

About parenting and how deeply it can mess us up.

About basic human kindness and how rare it feels.

We talked about chasing dopamine, the anxiety that comes with being alive, and how life moves so fast you forget who someone even was—or who you used to be.

And somewhere in all of it, she reminded me:

You don’t figure life out by having a plan.

You figure it out by living through it.

By hurting. By healing. By trying again.

This episode might not be linear, but neither is life. It’s a collection of thoughts from two people who are still in the middle of it all. Still searching, still growing, still asking better questions.

Listen when you’re ready to stop pretending you have it all together.

You know when your brain is full of thoughts that don’t really connect, but they all kind of matter in their own way? That’s exactly what this episode is. Just me, rambling through 11 things I’ve been holding onto lately—some emotional, some random, some I didn’t even know I needed to say out loud until I hit record.

I talk about why rest feels weirdly guilty, how healing is secretly boring, the awkward space of paused friendships, late-night identity crises, and the whole “I just wanna feel seen” thing. It’s not deep deep—but it’s honest. It’s soft. It’s a little messy in a comforting way. If you’ve ever felt like your head is a browser with too many tabs open… I think you’ll get it.

No big lessons, just vibes and thoughts. I’m glad you’re here.

Okay girls , buckle up. This episode is giving boss energy, emotional breakthroughs, and a lot of tea.

My guest this week? She’s not just out here making moves—she’s making entire blueprints. She studied business abroad, came back to Mongolia, and is now the CEO of Aurora Hotel, one of the most luxurious and iconic 5-star hotels in the country. Like… she’s literally running the place.

And let’s be clear—being CEO is not cute and chill 24/7. It’s meetings, team issues, restaurant logistics, guest events, budgets, room bookings, and having 50 people ask you things at once. It’s high pressure, high stakes, and she still somehow shows up with her lipstick on and brain firing at 100%. We got into all of that—the chaos, the control, and how she keeps it all (mostly) together.

But that’s just part of her story. She’s also a YouTuber with two channels—one in Mongolian, one in English—where she shares super creative, sometimes emotional, sometimes hilarious content that honestly slaps. We talked about how she started, why she does it, and where her creativity even comes from when she’s already so maxed out.

Then we went deep. Like, mental health deep. Burnout. The “I can’t do this anymore” moments. What helped her climb out—meditation, non-negotiable routines, setting rules for herself, and learning how to be okay when life felt loud and empty at the same time.

And of course—we did not skip over the relationship tea. We got into the messy stuff: past loves, toxic moments, healing, what dating looks like when you’re the one in power, and what she’s actually looking for now. She gave honest answers, sweet moments, and even a few red flag call-outs (love that for her).

We wrapped things up with some future talk—what she wants next in love, life, and career. She’s building something so real, and she’s doing it on her own terms.

This episode is warm, wild, smart, and a little chaotic in the best way. She’s that girl, and I think you’re gonna love her.

Press play, sip something strong, and let the vibes hit.

    Break, Then Build

This podcast started as a little idea — a way to connect, make sense of life, and just talk — but it’s become something way bigger than me. That’s because of you. Every guest brought something different: softness, chaos (in the best way), moments that made me cry or laugh so hard I had to cut the audio. But above all, you brought realness, truth, and moments that stick.

Each episode is a timestamp in my life, and your voices kept me going. Whether you joined once or more, for 10 minutes or 2 hours — thank you. For being open, weird, brilliant, funny, emotional, thoughtful, chaotic, human.

This podcast isn’t just mine — it belongs to everyone who pressed record with me and let the conversation lead us somewhere unexpected. I’ll carry these stories forever, and I hope you will too.

Season 2 is still unfolding, and what a journey it’s been. From day one, this season has been about embracing the messiness of growth, connection, and change. Every episode is a new story, a new chance to dig deeper — and I’m beyond grateful to every guest who’s shared their truth.

Recording hasn’t always been easy — nerves, awkward silences, laughs that break the tension, and pure honesty that reminds me why this exists. Meeting incredible people, hearing their stories, and sharing mine created a space that feels real and alive — a little room where we all belong.

Leaving home was one of the hardest parts. Though my heart wanted to stay, I had to move forward — for growth, opportunities, and the unknown. That meant sacrifices, goodbyes, and unfinished chapters. So many people I wanted to meet, episodes I dreamed of recording — but this season, like life, is about breaking so we can build something new.

To all my guests so far — thank you. For trusting me with your stories, for being open, raw, funny, and real. Your courage and energy made this podcast bigger than me, and I’m so grateful. You’ve shaped this season, and I can’t wait to share more moments with the world. We’re all in this messy, beautiful process together.

And to everyone listening — thank you for showing up, holding space, and being part of this journey. So much more is coming, and I’m honored to have you here for every step.
