Drawing from personal experiences, I emphasize that readiness often results from taking the leap, not a prerequisite. I encourage listeners to reflect on their own lives and consider times when they felt prepared entirely—chances are, those moments are few and far between.

I also touch on the significance of identity work, urging listeners to envision the person they aspire to be and to act as if they are already that person. By shifting our mindset and embodying the qualities of our future selves, we can break free from the constraints of waiting for readiness. I provide practical steps for listeners to visualize their goals and take immediate action, regardless of their current feelings of preparedness.
