Good read great information
I would recommend this to anyone that is struggling with past trauma and really want to do the work in order to live a life without emotional baggage. The book along with the pdf guide gives very practical suggestions for connecting your mind body and spirit. Somatic Practice
I had heard about Somatic Therapy in the past, but I never really understood what it entailed until I read this book. This book explains the practice very well and goes on about offering the practice of somatic therapy through yoga, breathing, imagery, and much more. It teaches you how to heal yourself mentally by letting go of stress worries through specific exercises. The bonus material at the end on meditation and the music that accompanied it was enjoyable to listen to. The author did a great job in putting this material together.
