I can see every character so clearly in my head . This entire series is an emotional roller coaster . I’m constantly having to remind myself to calm down. I’m way too invested in every character. Absolutely fantastic!!!!!

I feel like there could have been more action for the scope/breath of what was going on, and sure there are some holes... but all in all another good book in the series

From falling in love with fantasy as a kid reading the Hobbit, LOTR, etc; this saga has fed that passion and I held on to every word. I love every character and twist to the plot.

I did not think they he could keep each book in this series as good as the last, well I was wrong book 7 was amazing. Steven Brand is just simply the best at giving the characters life. Well done Phillip C. Quaintrell.

absolutely amazing. narration and writing. I'd love to see this series turn into movies, but I know it just wouldn't do it justice. I don't want it to end.

If you thought Gideon Thorn was a naive , self righteous fool in the previous book then you will see in this book Dragorn is the very definition of naive , self righteous fool it's still a good story but the naivety of Ilarna Galfrey is a bit over the top and often tiresome
