Suddenly, the weight of centuries consumes him. He tries to use his powers of lust to sway her. He can bend the emotion, manipulate it, use that lust to control anyone he wants. But she's a blank slate. He can't feel anything inside her mind but ice and defiance.

All it took was one sentence to get into his castle, even less to capture his attention. Suddenly, the weakest of the sorceresses finds herself in a game of wits she has to control. A game of deceiving a demon king while desperately trying not to fall in love with a creature who cannot feel anything but lust.

Good story once I was in it I was stuck in the story. I enjoyed it all but the voices it the male part was ok but the female voice felt very computer generated or just flat monotone it could have been better in my opinion but a good listen overall

felt kinda dragged out. it could have been shorter. I did like the voice actors. they brought the stay to life well.

I love a good long story, as long as it is well written. This story is good, but I found it difficult to finish. The romance is nice, the narrators are ok, but I kept getting lost the story would get a bit boring at times.

The plot isn’t the strongest, but it’s a fun enemies to lovers story. The male lead in particular is hilariously arrogant.

The story had potential, but overall it felt scattered and inconsistent. There were quite a few plot holes and contradictions that pulled me out of the experience, and I wasn’t a fan of the writing style. I also found the main female character’s narration lacking, which made it harder to stay engaged. The premise itself was good….I just wish it had been executed more effectively.

Loved the storyline and the voice actors! Worth putting in your library if you like steamy romances with more substance to them than just smut.

This was a fun listen. The world building was easy to follow, but I did feel at times like the love story did drag on. The story could have been trimmed down just a little bit. But overall, it was good!
