This AB was awesome I listened to it in one sitting it was that good. It really talks about things I've been struggling with and put them on the table and gave me the tools to work on them. I want to thank you David for showing me the way and I treat your book as a sort of bible like a religion to follow. I am a survivor of brain cancer and have felt lost until following your steps that you have provided in your book. I've came farther in the past month than the three years I have spent trying to get my life back together after fighting my cancer. I am currently attending a Technical College to be a certified welder. I started listening to your book at the beginning of this fall quarter and have made tremendous progress that I never thought possible. I'm constantly getting praised by my instructors wich never happened until I found your book. My relationship with my parents is better then ever and that's something I have been struggling with for a while now. My relationship with myself is at a point that I've never reached before and I can actually look at myself in the mirror and love the person that I'm looking at. Before your book I hated myself with a passion! Now I meditate once sometimes even twice a day and that has worked miricals. I want to let you know that you have saved me from myself and in doing so saved my life! Much Love and respect

Overall this was a great book. I really enjoyed the narration as well.

The 30 steps hits the largest areas I found missing in my life. Albeit not all I will be working on the insight has identified new ways and ideas that one can use to develop a stronger you.

Made me feel normal.

I struggle with everything the author does.

It was a breath of fresh air to see that I'm not alone between a world full of self bragging small talk.
