I received a free review copy of this audiobook.
Having just finished, I have not yet applied the seven days of exercises in this book. They sound like they could be beneficial and easily applied. To the best of my ability to figure out, the days are broken down largely arbitrarily. This is not to say that they could be done all at once to the same effect, but that you could probably reshuffle the order without ruining their effect.

Helpful, but very short
I cant say the guide is incorrect, its just brief and full of cliche information. It does have a lot of good practical advice on how to improve your discipline.
