Superb for everyone.
It is a great tool. This is a great way to teach people to have better self-esteem. It’s thought-provoking and helps them explore and build their self-esteem. The book explains the root causes of low self-confidence and lays out with a plan for improving your self-confidence which will, in turn, improve the overall quality of life.
