It's a basic and complete book about vegetarian cook. A like this because of recipes, suggestions and even because the recipes isn't made with "soy". I think this is an essential book for start at vegetarian dishes.

We are not vegetarians but we love vegies and this cookbook gave us outstanding ideas for side dishes and wonderfully balanced meals. It's easy to follow and it has terrific supplementary information.

Several months ago I decided to become a vegetarian. I found this book on Amazon, and it is excellent. It is loaded with good vegetarian recipes (not all vegan, but some), and it has a great section on the various food groups, and their value in a vegetarian diet.

I want to start by saying that I am a vegetarian. I bought this cookbook to have ideas for when my vegetarian friends come over and also to help find new ways to eat healthier. I love all the recipes that this cookbook offers.

I would recommend Vegetarian Cook book to anyone who wants value for money. It has been been a staple of my cookbook collection for years, and I have never been disappointed with anything I have made from it, although I haven't sampled too many recipes from the sweet section.
