Raymond did a really good job narrating this book. His tone was very helpful and didn’t sound accusatory to where I felt shamed for feeling anxious all of the time and needing help.

Great Advice and Techniques

The narration is provided by Raymond Lawrence. Mr. Lawrence brought a strong skilled vocal quality to this audio production. The production quality of this audiobook is also the highest quality. I heard no problems during the entire performance. There were not any detectable flaws that I was able to hear during the entire performance such as loops, breaks, or buzzing. The production was crisp and clear. Steven West delivered an excellent audiobook production. I highly recommend this audiobook. Practical Self Help Guide for Anxiety

To anyone who has never been to a therapist or read very many self help books, this would be a good place to start. It covers quite a few topics at a fairly high level. All are focused on anxiety in some form, but the approaches are varied enough that I think most people will find one that works. The narrator does a good job of making the content interesting.
