After finishing this book I realized that offering the best technology, training, at no monthly Fees, and the best real estate systems at a 100% Real Estate Commission with a simple $495 fee aren’t reason enough alone for agent to join our brokerage. We had to offer more and show agents how we really will help them sell more real estate. This book will force to realize that you have to talk about WHY agent got into the real estate business. It’s to sell real estate, and we show them how we can help them sell more real estate. So we have made this at core of our recruitment model. Other ideas I got from the book are that you need to show and tell and really build a culture learn by building a coach and mentorship program where everyone can learn from one another. Our agents are actually teaching the classes which really great because the agents have become better presenters and it shows in their confidence.
