As a part of my plant-based life journey, I was interested to learn more about how plants can benefit people besides just eating it. Some plants including tea tree I've heard offhand how it can be useful for things such as acne and psoriasis, but never took a deep dive into how it actually works. This book was a fun break from my vegan recipe books to learn how plants can be used in various ways to make life better. A great resource for anyone!

I enjoyed listening to this book, which was packed with interesting information on several medicinals that I was not familiar with. It's amazing to find out how many issues that we have in the modern world can be solved with these remedies that have been around for so many years. The narrator did an excellent job of keeping my attention with her calm and clear voice. I highly recommend this book.

I just moved out of the big city to a forested area and am learning about plants that can be used as medicine. This book is very well written and has all of the comprehensive information that I was looking for. I would highly recommend this book for anybody looking to return to the ancient wisdom of traditional holistic medicine.

I have always had an interest in medicinal plants but never had the time. This audiobook was great cause I could listen on my way to work. I really enjoyed how the author simplified the information, but it was also really educational at the same time.
