Hoax knows two things very well. One, he's not relationship material. Two, the nurse that treats him for erectile dysfunction is the most beautiful thing he's ever seen, and practically has "the marrying type" stamped on her forehead.

Does that stop him from wanting her? No.

Unfortunately, he learned a long time ago that Army Delta Force and long-lasting relationships don't go hand in hand. But beautiful hazel eyes, curly blonde hair, and the prettiest lips he's ever seen play havoc with his resolve, making him forget his earlier convictions.

All it takes is one teeny, tiny kiss for every shred of control he has to disappear, along with the problem in his pants. Soon he finds himself doing things that he knows that he shouldn't. He doesn't know that he's found the woman that's meant to be his. Nor does he realize that her father is the man he's idolized from the moment he joined the army at the age of 18. Because, maybe if he had, he would've tried a little harder to ignore the pull he felt between them instead of making her his the night before he deployed for six months.

He also might've tried a little harder not to knock her up.

MY BAD is about Prue an ER nurse and Hoax a guy in the military. They fall fast and hard but have a bunch of obstacles to deal with. The story moves along nicely, and I loved the addition of Prue’s unusual pets. A Pot Bellied pig in the shower with them, cracked me up!

Lani writes fun interconnected stories with intense alpha males. I love seeing the other couples pop up in the stories and feel like I really know this world they live in after a few books.

Once again Kendall and Aiden smash this narration. Kendall is endearing as Prue the feisty ER nurse with a menagerie of animals at home. Aiden does the growly Hoax who is possessive and passionate so well.

Another great book in this addictive series.

Can't decide if this one or book 1 is my favorite so far. Hoax is so hot and Pru was FINALLY the strong lead that I love to read about! Lani sometimes writes weaker females that need to be taken care of, but Pru was fierce. While she was looked out for by Hoax, her dad, and other men. she was no coward. She was strong and stood up forherself. Hoax was just amazing. Narration was awesome!!!!

Finally a strong MFC that doesn’t waffle about how she feels. She did on how to tell the MMC that she was pregnant but not for long. However, in the age of cell phones, why don’t people think to video the bad behavior of those like the villain Kelly? This is a huge HR issue that spans many different violations.

I can’t help but fall in love with these guys, and Hoax is no exception!

The villain is a sleazy weasel who makes you want to pound him into itty bitty tiny specks of dust!

This story had all the right ingredients, including a good dash of humor.

Everything is neatly resolved by the end, and our Happily Ever After is a very fulfilling one!

The narrators were great!

Loved it !! this story. the narrator is so fantastic it's like your really there!! After listening to this story,. I totally enjoyed reading this book. It’s well written and the characters were uniquely fantastic. I would suggest this book to my friends that like this sort of genera. this was a good book. The narrator was great.

Lani Lynn Vale did it again, she never disappoints. From the moment Hoax decided to go to the ER till the end of this book I was riveted. Hoax and Pru are perfect together. She may have not seen it at first but he did, and boy did he go after what he wanted. This journey was charming, passionate, and exciting. The bonding moment with Hoax and Sam was hilarious. As always it was nice to visit with people from other books. I enjoyed every second of this story, there was never a dull moment.
Narration is PERFECTION!
