Many self development books about manifesting are wonderful, but can be cumbersome with a deep dive into neuroscience. Although extremely educational and important to understand, sometimes you just want to hear what you need to hear to be uplifted. This book is a wonderfully written guide to help with finding direction and taking the next steps to put you on your way to becoming your best self. Thank you, Roxie!

I have read many self-development books, but this one has really resonated with me and inspired greater reflection. I first bought the hardcover book (which is lovely!) and then the audiobook as a supplement for my long daily commutes. "Manifest" is easy to digest and inspiring. It has encouraged me really take some time, and give myself permission, to envision my "ideal" life. It has inspired new dreams and helped me implement small actionable steps as I work toward my goals. I recommend this book and audiobook!
