My soul feels full
I love this meditation so much. This one made my whole being feel full of light and love. I’m not a meditation expert, but I believe this meditation is the real deal. Jeremy has an amazing way of connecting with you through this audio book. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

helped ground and prepare my day
while breathing and meditating with slight movement and standing (I love this moving meditation, because it offers an outlet for my excess energy, anxiety, and nerves), I was able to firmly ground my feet and prepare to embrace a positive day with forward leaning towards a goal. love it!

Daily Magic
Love these morning meditations. I've tried to make it a habit to listen on a daily basis because there is a lesson that has some wisdom for me to hear.
