The content in this audio book is lacking and it seems to leave out the part that makes all this work as Jose Silva intended. This is a somewhat generic telling of how to determine short, intermediate, and long range goals and how to achieve them. You determine what they are, write the steps down to achieve them, and then believe that you will achieve them. For more than that, other Silva works are mentioned.

This didn't need the Silva name attached to it because it barely mentions his system. While advice on setting goals is fine, the whole book can be summed up in the last chapter. There really isn't much value in reading the previous chapters.

I also miss Ed Bernd Jr.'s narration. The narrator is fine but Ed Bernd Jr. did more than just narrate. You can tell he lived and breathed the Silva method.

I would recommend Jose Silva's Choose Success Master Course over this one.
