I’ve saved up to buy this book
I’m beyond grateful to get to learn from Vishen and to feel Vishen’s generosity to share his wisdom and effort to spread the greatest life class through MindValley, l will save up to be a member of Mind Valley. The financial hardship my ex husband still putting me through parental alienation is unbearable at times. I’m confident mind valley can help me get through this. I hope mind valley will consider bringing in psychiatrist expert in parental alienation to raise awareness and help many children and targeted parent through this platform. Many teens and targeted parent have committed suicide from parental alienation in global scale. This book has raised my vibration of optimism like none other that l’ve been seeking for the last 3 years of living with tremendous amount of depression for the anxiety of my children has been feeling since. Meditation has been my key medicine, and l know Vishen’s 6 phase meditation and Silva techniques would take me to next level in order to conquer the escalation from narcissist abuse. I will survive with mind valley’s life class, just so my children will learn to conquer challenges in life as well. That’s when l get to tell them mind valley helped me breakthrough, THANK YOU for your vision and mission Vishen, l’m beyond grateful for you and Mind Valley, You saved me and you are many SUPER HERO

Loved it!!!
I absolutely loved this book! The only disappointment was the foul language. Words have a vibration and every time he used the f word I cringed. Other than that it was marvelous and I’m teaching these 6 phrases to my children. Very helpful life skill to have.

Fantastic and concise routine that needs to be implemented
This book helps readers to understand how fundamentally important having a morning routine that practices gratitude, compassion, forgiveness, etc, to set you up for your best day and best life. This has been the best system I’ve learned about that ties everything together.
Each chapter in the book has a repeat of the entire meditation starting from the beginning and going up until each current phase you learn about. Obviously this was intentional but if you listen to multiple chapters in a day, it wasn’t impactful to do this again from the beginning. Overall this probably added 2 hours to the audiobook which wasn’t entirely necessary.
Though I don’t think I’ll do the 6PhaseMed everyday, I’ll definitely make it a point to do it every week. On the days I don’t do it, I often will listen to other thought provoking material that also emphasizes the items this meditation does, albeit not as concisely but to also learn new ideas. The 6 phase meditation is important enough to integrate as a lifelong habit.
