Each chapter in the book has a repeat of the entire meditation starting from the beginning and going up until each current phase you learn about. Obviously this was intentional but if you listen to multiple chapters in a day, it wasn’t impactful to do this again from the beginning. Overall this probably added 2 hours to the audiobook which wasn’t entirely necessary.
Though I don’t think I’ll do the 6PhaseMed everyday, I’ll definitely make it a point to do it every week. On the days I don’t do it, I often will listen to other thought provoking material that also emphasizes the items this meditation does, albeit not as concisely but to also learn new ideas. The 6 phase meditation is important enough to integrate as a lifelong habit.
