This story was INTENSE and has me wanting more! Really hits my feelers with all the life events. The writer really makes you feel like you're there and almost helpless going through the same emotions as the main character does. Couldn't stop once I started. Perfect amount of lead. So many emotions too, I feel like a freight train has hit me and I'm disoriented because I felt them all.

The words, "If only..." spoken at the end of this story. Although I read this book before, hearing the audio helped me envision it more. "If only," would things have turned out differently for the couple had the secret been told earlier? I absolutely loved the story. It's the type of story that would keep you thinking long after you finish the book.

What a journey this was and how incredibly strong Frnchesca is. Through all of life’s Chaka goes she continues to take steps forward, no matter how hard they are.

Thoroughly enjoyed this book. I felt a connection with the characters which kept the story interesting and left me wanting to read more.

This book would be a good read for any late teen/adult. I have a family of readers, and I would recommend this book to my older teens.

When I choose books, I am often swayed by which one I will read next based on the cover. At first glance, this one would be one I would not pick up. I like the “idea” of the cover after having read it, but I don’t feel like it does the story it’s full justice.

I am still left wondering WHEN Francesca had her tattoo covered….

Overall, read this story. You will enjoy the unfolding of the events.

This book was amazing! From superb character development, to an engaging plot, I was captivated from start to finish!

I both love and hated each of the main Characters at different points throughout the story, but I couldn’t wait to read more and find out how it all ended.

The ending was great, but the Epilogue was the perfect closure to all that had happened!

I highly recommend this book to EVERYONE!

This book is outside my normal genre, but it was an excellent read. I don't know exactly how I'd categorize it---gritty women's fiction, maybe? It was so full of twists and turns, complete with every shade of the human experience, and love and lives veering off course, back on again, until the cataclysmic conclusion.

The tale begins sweetly enough with Fran and Isaac's childhood romance. You'd think Fran, a girl from a good family who steps in to shelter Isaac as best she can, is going to be the strong, moral, level-headed one...but this book never leaves you with the obvious. You'd think Isaac...picked on, caring and upright but from a bad family is going to break the chains of his family legacy...but will he?

I think what I liked the most about this book was how it showed so dramatically and realistically that one choice, either for good or bad, can lead to another and another and another. Before people know it, they find themselves living lives they never expected and on a course they never intended.

I would say the emotions packed into this book are so real and powerful that it's a story well worth anyone's time. Highly recommended for fans of women's fiction and/or realistic, gritty, character-driven stories that speak to the human soul and human condition.

This book has so much going on it'll keep you on the edge of your seat Between the intensity A young love. To a drastic turn of gaslighting and narcissistic behavior. To trying to escape into true love and an ending of fighting for thier life. Great read. Oh this narrator does a great job also.

IF Untold is an emotional story full of first love, overcoming addiction, and redemption. I didn’t want to stop reading and found myself thinking about the characters even when I wasn’t reading the story. With themes of the importance of showing kindness to others, yet learning to realize when it is time to let go as well as the fact that it is never too late to make the changes in your life that you might desperately need, it is definitely one you should put on your TBR list!

I was hooked from the beginning. This could have easily been my story growing up. At one time, I was headed the wrong way in life. I know the feeling of being at rock bottom and how hard it is to rise back up. Francesca not only rises up, which is difficult to do, but is always looking over her shoulder to the past. Even though I was pretty sure how it was going to end, my emotions were in a turmoil. When the book ended, I sat for the next 20 minutes trying to calm down.
I love the narrator's voice. Very pleasing. Well performed. Made the characters really come to life.
