Got a lot of confidence from this book. Learnt how to ACTUALLY be assertive without being rude. Also helped me with standing up for myself and in general what to say during discussions. Good narrator

I have tried a lot of negotiation type books - sincerely, in my humble opinion, this is by far the best.

The material topics are relevant but content needs to be badly updated. its not one id recommend at this time.

The book was a great reinforcement with a different perspective. However, is it a pay rise or raise? As the pronunciation in the storyline wasn't very pleasant.

Got more from this than I first thought as to be honest the first 20 mins were a bit boring but after getting through that I was surprised by just how much valuable, interesting and unique advice this book contained.

Narrator was good, easy to listen to. Audio quality seemed very good, no issues at all.

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to write a quick one for this book, as I not only really enjoyed it, I GAINED a lot from it which I am implementing in my personal and work life. Has given me a lot more self confidence in how to be assertive without being an idiot! Excellent guide, really recommend this one.

Third book I have gotten on negotiation type skills but this one was different. Better written and put together than the other ones so I am a happy customer.
