Love Belvin
Ashira is now in the know of Jas' complicated world—or is she?
The "construction laborer" is really a wealthy felon with too many inexplicable circumstances to fathom for her narrow worldview. Will Jas share more of his complexities? Will Ashira be able to absorb them with understanding, leaving the judgment behind?
Two souls, still galaxies apart, bound by love.
The unanticipated UFO has collided with her world like a ferocious asteroid. Find out if their unmitigated passion for each other is enough to flourish in Grace.
Grace is book two in the Prism trilogy and ends on a cliffhanger. Intended for mature listeners.

So Gooooood

I had to write this review after reading so many of Ms. Belvin’s books this year. I’ve been hooked on all the black women romances/erotic writers since April. Straight have me in a chokehold- take all my money. Recently, I fell in love with Love Belvin’s books.
Love Belvin creates complex and flawed characters. I’m find them to be very realistic. I’ve read some iffy reviews but I think sometimes people find it hard to justify liking a flawed character. We’ve all been sprung and sometimes we don’t care who sees. Let’s take Shi Shi- she’s not easy to like but she rides for her girls, takes care of her sister and her aunt while holding down the family business for years. She has a lot of redeemable qualities. I have friends like her. Great friends but horrible in relationships but it took time for them to grow, not be petty and for the right partner to be patient with them.
When I read the books or listen to the audio- I keep in mind that they are being told from different points of view. I think it’s more apparent in the audios but depending on who is telling the story at times the other person tends to seem irrational. That happens in our everyday romantic relationships. There’s 2 sides to every story and then there’s the truth. Sometimes the behavior seems over the top but I always try to remember who is telling the story at the time.
In life, I do not subscribe to being hyper critical of black women and these characters despite being flawed are all eventually committed to working on themselves and developing a deeper relationship with Christ. It takes time to get to that point but the fact remains when they arrive at the crossroads in their lives, they decide to change.
Another winner….
