This is a great book and I do not mind the recording, I almost didn't buy it seeing comments that some listeners didn't like the recording. It's a little cheesy, but this is also a book from a different era. I like the recording, It's expressive. It reminds me of sitcoms in the 80s and when life was simpler with a good announcer and a predictable laugh track. I am glad I bought this book anyway. I was AFRAID the recording would not be good, but I purchased the book ANYWAY. See what I did there?

As someone who constantly lives in fear for most of my adult life, I needed to hear this book. This book is potentially life changing if you allow it to be. Sometimes others are willing to shoot the messenger before they even listen to the message. If your looking to be entertained (rather comming in with an open mind and willingness to learn), then this book isnt for you.

the story/message was amazing. getting past the muffled audio was difficult. please don't pass up the message because of the poor audio.

It was recorded probably around the late 80’s early 90’s, the Cassette tape era. Both the sound quality and aesthetics are clear and for that reason it makes it hard to listen in the car sound, for example.

Great content but it deserves a re-make

For the cost of a credit, this book should be free for members or 1/2 credit. One hour for $16? Not a good value.
