I really like the book, I feel totally calm and relaxed when I woke up. Although english is not my first language I'm hoping this to work out for me, but so far it's been a good expierence.

At first, I was not sure I would like Glenn Harrold's strong accent, but I quickly overcame that apprehension and got sucked right in to the relaxation/hypnotherapy experience. Beyond the positive messages, I find that listening to this recording is an extremely effective relaxation exercise. I occassionally felt sensations of comfortable numbness and floating. Highly reccommended for anyone who needs to relax. (who doesn't??)

One note - this is broken up about equally into 2 parts, which you can do individually or back to back. The second one focuses on social confidence in particular.

I find the relaxation technique and subliminal messages help me to feel better about myself. After listening to "Develop Your Self-Confidence" only one time, I was surprised to find myself feeling more self-confident at work the next day! Glenn Harold's hypnosis series really works as I have already purchased more than 5 of his speeches. I recommend listening to the "Develop Your Self-Confidence" as often as possible to help sustain a feeling of confidence.

I have had difficulty sleeping for years. Whenever I get into one of these frustrating cycles of trying to sleep but can’t, I put on a Glenn Harrold audio. His voice is very soothing and I love his garden visualization in this episode. It gets my mind off of the non-stop thoughts in my head and helps me focus on a pleasant present. His adios are one of the few things that can lull me into a sleep. I also love the positive affirmations Thanks, Mr. Harrold! One of the few times putting someone to sleep is a good thing!
