Too abbreviated to do the original content justice

I get it. The point of this is to be shorter than the original, but I have read the original book and this summary version is simply too pared-down to be very useful. I see this as the kind of thing that would be useful as a review after reading the original book, but you just can't really take in the information without the examples of implementing the techniques that the original book provides.

A interesting story told by an excellent narrator. The story is told through the perspective of a young boy who has Asberger's syndrome. Through his eyes, we see the a story unfold of a dysfunctional though loving family that is struggling to deal with the young boy's unique needs, painful family issues, lies and the subsequent necessity for rebuilding trust. Excellent.

Very Relaxing

At first, I was not sure I would like Glenn Harrold's strong accent, but I quickly overcame that apprehension and got sucked right in to the relaxation/hypnotherapy experience. Beyond the positive messages, I find that listening to this recording is an extremely effective relaxation exercise. I occassionally felt sensations of comfortable numbness and floating. Highly reccommended for anyone who needs to relax. (who doesn't??)

One note - this is broken up about equally into 2 parts, which you can do individually or back to back. The second one focuses on social confidence in particular.
