During the past five years, homeschooling rates have been on the rise and show no signs of slowing. The phrase “cleanliness is next to godliness” isn’t found in the Bible. Your house can never be good enough to please God—not because you can’t scrub it or declutter hard enough, but because that is never what He was looking for in the first place. Join Dana K. White, author of Decluttering at the Speed of Life, as she works through removing the shame associated with having a messy home and reveling in the grace and love of our Savior.

Boys today are surrounded by accusations that their very existence is toxic, told that their biological makeup is a problem and that the future is female. As Christian moms, we have the responsibility and privilege of teaching our boys what is true about who they are and what isn't. But how do we grow these tiny (and somewhat smelly) wild things into godly men of character?

When his father signs them up for an expedition group hoping to be the first to ever summit the unconquerable Mount Everest, Atlas can't wait for the chance to prove himself to his father, and maybe finally he can leave his mother behind him on the mountain. But this time, Atlas is the one left behind, as well as a young American girl named Maddie and their sturdy yet injured Sherpa, Chodak.

With The Paper Solution, founder of Organize365 Lisa Woodruff delivers a proven, step-by-step guide for what to shred, what to save, and how to sort what's left behind.

If so, experts Lesley Spellman and Ingrid Jansen have the solution. Their Reset Your Home method guides you through your house – room by room and step by step – helping you to sort through your emotional connection to stuff first, then through the practicalities of letting it go second.

I would be lying if I said I didn’t take anything from the book. I finished it out of curiosity and it was ok. I took some tips that I may be able to implement and improve something.
There is a demographic for this book, I just wish it was more transparent about what it really talks about and who their market is.
Not what I thought

She’s well-versed on the variety of minimalism experts and gurus of the day, providing credit where it’s due, and interweaving her own personal and authentic experience and reflections on what has most surely been a laborious, determined, and victorious journey of soul-searching, trial and error, and on-going growth.
It is as though she has done the heavy-lifting for many of us by highlighting the main points and keys to getting started, doing the actual work, and also how to continue practical applications of the systems she proposes; all while showing how placing God in the center of your life and pursuing Him first, goes hand-in-hand for making the lasting changes you seek to make progress in your personal life and goals.
By declutterring your heart and home, you not only free yourself from the burden of material and financial strongholds and possessions, but you release that which no longer serves your heart’s purpose and spirit as well. You start to make more room for the Creator and the kind of love that really matters, and when you center your life in this way, the clarity of your true riches and purpose are allowed to flourish.
I, myself have felt burdened by the amount of material possessions that have accumulated during the last five years. While I have made huge strides in the ways in which I prioritize my Faith, health, family, and finances over the last few years, the missing piece has been to get rid of all the junk we no longer need. Within just the first hour of listening, I declutterred 3 garbage bags from my master bath and closet! It really does feel lighter and more freeing to get rid of things we have no use for (even when they are new or unused).
Overall, this is a tremendously relatable and heartfelt guide and tool to add to your resources for inspiration, motivation, and reminding ourselves that distractions of any sort; whether they are material, or digital, can add-up quickly and derail us from what is truly most important to us.
This book is for any woman short on time and energy, desiring to make some positive changes in a methodical and accessible way, while also deepening your resolve to growing closer to God. By reading or listening, you’ll gain some effective momentum and inspiration that is sure to give you a jumpstart on your declutterring journey; whether it’s declutterring your home, your heart, or both.
Relatable, concise, Faith-filled, and practical. A helpful and inspiring guide to jumpstart declutterring and minimalism.
