Good meditation segment

Fantastic, just one detail.
I love to meditate and do yoga, so when I can't get out of my obligations, this works for me on the go. Or on a busy morning, before my family wakes up, this is perfect! Thank you for making my life easier!
However. Day 4 left me scratching my head, and I lost my focus midway because I needed a better explanation of what I was doing.
In the middle of breathing, soon after my instructor said to take a minute for myself, he should've communicated better that I needed to take my deep-4sec-breaths back. It is imperative that he does this, as a lack of insight on instructions is nonessential. I couldn't pick myself up until the near end. Other than that, I am enjoying this entire set, and can't wait to finish it. Recommend it 100%.

This set is the perfect introduction to meditation
I loved everything about this set of meditations. Ceasar's voice is soothing, and his instructions are clear and easy to follow. The step-by-step progression of the set makes learning about meditation and starting a meditative practice super simple. It felt manageable, so it was easy to complete one each day for 20 days.

Great for walking
I listened to this one as I began to walk to work. I cleared my mind of thoughts and watched the birds as I walked to work. By focusing on my breath this was easier.

Terrible
The guide has no logic in preparing the listener to be in sync with his recommended breath timing. His queues to breath don’t align with his recommendations. It’s very hard to relax when the focus becomes being out of sync with his directions.
His voice doesn’t come across as genuine or trusting. I think he’s be better guiding a spin class, NOT meditation.
