Absolutely loving the characters. We find out so much more about Kit and the history of "Un humans" in this book. She is getting back her strength after the hell she was put through in the last book. Best past is we see hope for Damon and Her again.

Kitara begins broken and filled with terror. She has lost her connection to her beloved weapons and is enduring a hopelessness. This book details her fight back to herself and her fight to save the world she knows. Though the battles cost her a beloved witch with the help of others she faces a great evil and prevails. I recommend this series wholeheartedly.

As with the previous audiobook in this series, I am very pleased and satisfied with this audiobook. As before, I would have no problem recommending it. So I am speeding along to the next audiobook in the series.

I appreciate how the heroine doesn’t just get over her trauma, and she doesn’t run to a man for healing. She has to work through it, and we get to see her get stronger as she does.

if you like Kate Daniels and Mercy Thompson give this series a go. The stories are good and the characters are pretty well done.
