Overall this book is a good listen, but a bit slow as the author repeats information about the main characters history making the story longer than it needs to be. I had to fast forward a few times. But overall, worth the listen, Especially if you are an Audible Escapes Member.

30’s pretty young to have a mid-life crisis, but that’s just where Mary finds herself after her birthday party turns her world upside-down. Searching for answers and questioning everything she thought she knew, she realizes that those she’s taken for granted can disappear in an instant. She knows she has to reevaluate her priorities, but with multiple upheavals threatening her peace of mind, she wavers until the water begins to boil.

This was a great novel. Though the ending was abrupt, it didn’t steal away the sweetness of the story. I definitely recommend.

Loved it, but did feel a little cheated on the ending. It wrapped up rather quickly but had the outcome I was hoping for!

This was the best overall book I have read/heard in years.

Great Story line. well presented.
Narration was Very well done. Will look for more books Kristen Potter has done.

Also will be reading more books by Shelley Noble soon.
I would love a sequel.
