Hiking, cold weather, and cabins in the woods are not my thing. But when my two best friends beg me to join them for a trip to the mountains, I cave.

"It'll be fun," they said.

"You need to get out more," they said.

Everything was fine until I realized it's all a setup. A weekend-long blind date orchestrated with the help of their boyfriends. To say I'm annoyed is an understatement. But then he shows up, looking like a lot more than a tall glass of milk. And soon, I begin to feel that maybe this isn't a bad idea after all.

There's only one problem. He doesn't seem to know he's here to meet me. Which would be cool if I could just move on and forget I nearly made a fool of myself. Mother nature has other plans and sends a bad storm our way, locking us all in a potentially uncomfortable situation.

Contains mature themes.

Could have been a cute story but the concept needed to be developed better. Would also have been better as a Duet style narration vs how it has been done with both narrators doing both voices.
It is a mindless listen-easy to get chores done while listening.

This book is rushed in the case of gaps. Like everything laid out right away. Some kind of emotional push back. Everyone was emotionally quick with their feels.
Love at first sight is possible. When you know you know.
It’s what you do to keep the love is what matters.
This book does have plot and drama, just pretty quick. Definitely a being, middle and the end.

I guess it was love at first sight. After he said no. Then after he pushed her away. Then after he physically ran away from her. But what do I know?? Everyone is happy at the end so, sure, love at first sight.

The story was not believeable or developed. This is not adult it’s more high school emotions not college graduate character. Since this is not an erotica book the story must hold up to make it a contemporary romance. This was more YA literature but with adult characters.

The narrators were great the story not so great.
