It’s just so bad

I could not finish. It is the worst narration I have ever tried to sit through and I just could not finish it.

Really obnoxious

I really did not like 80% of the characters in this story and it is so slow. I couldn’t finish it. I quit with about an hour and a half left. I was completely annoyed with the main character.

Not very entertaining

I enjoyed the other books in this series but this one not so much. The connection between the hero & heroine just seemed really weak. I’m not sure if it was the writing or the narration but something was lacking. Also, the narrator seemed to do an okay job but I did not like how she did the male voices.

So boring!

I don’t know what went wrong here. I was really looking forward to this book when the original rumors about it started years ago so maybe it has just been too long since Twilight. It just seems like he droning on and on. I have 9 hours left and I don’t think I can make it through them. Sorry Stephanie. I really loved the Twilight series but I am struggling with this one.

I have 4 hours left in this book and I am bored to tears. I want to finish it but this so redundant and I just don’t know how the author can drag this out for so long. First book was good, second book was ok but this one is nearly unbearable. The narrator was pretty good but the story just did not know when to stop.

I really enjoyed this one. The first 2 books did leave me a little irritated with the female lead but I really enjoyed this book. There were some moments that made me cringe but overall I do recommend it.

Disappointed

I tried, I really tried but I just could not make it through this one. The heroine is so annoying. She is so very immature and her “daddy” is overbearing and treats her like a child which she just accepts and goes along with.
I really don’t think the author or narrator did a good job of establishing a strong connection between the 2 characters. I just really did not enjoy this one at all.

I listened to all 4 books as part of the escape package but don’t waste credits on these. The female narrator is really annoying and the male character is just a bad man with few redeeming qualities. Each book ended on a cliffhanger so I kept going to the next book. I would listen to Jacob Morgan read anything.
